Step 1. Set Goals  (Have a dream & a burning desire…. What do you want in life?)

Step 2. Make a Commitment

·         Make a 90-day MINIMUM commitment to get started. If you are happy after the first 90-days with how 

          your business is growing, make a 12-month commitment to reach your goals no matter what! 

·         Determine how many hours weekly you can work your business by putting your time commitment in

          writing:

Step 3. Learn Your Upline Support and How to Introduce Them

List your Upline Support people – starting with your Sponsor - including their phone # s . . .

How you introduce your sponsor can significantly effect how well your contacts listen.  Learn how to do respectful and permission prospecting from your sponsor.  Make a notation here that your sponsor has explained this fully to you _____________________________________________________________.

  

Step 4.  Make a List of Contacts & Schedule Call Times with Your Sponsor

  • Make no judgments; you never know who someone may lead you to.
  • Start with your closest connections, the most fun alive people you know. 
  • Then use memory joggers.  The alphabet works great, A to Z. Go through it 3 times.  First for all the women (first names) you know starting with each letter, then the men (first names), and then (last names). 
  • You will be pleasantly surprised how your 5-person list just grew.
  • Headings for professions in the Yellow Pages of your Phone Book will trigger more memories. 
  • Baby Name lists are great too.

Step 5. Learn how to Create Free Leads

 

  • Working with your new distributor’s warm market. ­­­­­___________

Step 6. Learn about the Products

Ionways has tremendous high impact products.  The best way for you to learn about them, is to use them personally.  Be generous with yourself, drink a lot of Ionized, Alkaline water every day and start using the other products you are drawn to, be consistent daily.  Educate yourself about the products by reading the product information on the Ionway’s Website at: www.ionways.com as well as get very familiar with www.trygoodwater.com.  Ask your sponsor for the current passwords for the protected Training Tools section.  In addition, watch as many of the training videos as possible.  Develop your own product testimony.

 

Step 7. Learn about the Business Building Tools

  • Print out the Power Points for Business to Business presentations as well as review the other training Power Points on “Water Classes/Parties” and “Warm Market Strategies” _______
  • Make sure you have a good working phone   _____
  • Purchase 3-way calling  ______
  • Purchase a good flat rate service for long distance calling  _______
  • Have a good answering system in place  _______
  • Purchase a good head set, so you can be hands free and more comfortable _______

 

Step 8. Your Next 90 Days

 

Your first 90 days are your most important! Write down your immediate goals. ______

How many new people each day will you talk to about Ionways  ­­_______

How many people are you going to introduce to your sponsor that are at a 7 level of interest? _______

How many people are you going into bring into the business with your sponsor’s support?  ______

How many people are you going to help 5 key people sponsor into the business? ______

Commit to going through this 8 step pattern your for Success with each of your new distributors within the first 24 hours of when they sign-up.  _____

 

Level 1: Casual: Just when time allows or someone asks me about my water Ionizer.  Income? _______

 

Level 2: Part Time: I commit to working 1 to 2 hours per day, 6 days a week.  I will talk to a minimum of 1 to 2 new people per day about our water and follow up on all the previous prospects that show interest. We have found that after 1 year many people are seeing a return of $500 to $2,000 dollars extra income per month if they are truly consistent with this effort.  ________

 

Level 3: Full Time: I commit to working my business 8 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week.  I will talk to 5 to 10 new people every day and follow up on all the previous prospects that show interest.  We have found that after 1 year many people are seeing a return of $5,000 to $10,000 dollars income per month if they are truly consistent with this effort. (After a few years this income can grow exponentially if the same effort is continued.) _______
